maybe someone has an idea?
I have 2 systems, in both I've created the same packing instruction 1234 with the same content and customizing for packing is the same in both systems.
In the first system, if there is an empty packaging, it will add it on the same position.
In the second system, if there is an empty packaging, it will generate a new position.
How can this be possible?
