Can't find job in ST03N and STAD when canceled job in sm37.

Hello

We canceled the long running job ( 6/4 14:00-23:29),

but we can't find the job in ST03N and STAD.

This means the job wasn't running at ERP?

(Although job is shown in SM37)

Does anyone know about this problem?

Regards,

Kazuaki Anzai

Hi,

Can you share the screen-shot of job and job log.

Also, In SM37, select cancel job and from menu traverse to Goto--> job statistics to see if this display any data?

Thanks.

The attached file is SM37, ST03N and STAD screen.

Please rename "Job_20160606.zip.txt" to "Job_20160606.zip".

Dear Kazuaki Anzai,

a statistics record is written at the end of the dialog step. Most likely the job did not succeed to run to the end of the dialog step. As far as I see on the attached screenshots the number of steps for the JSAA* jobs is "1". It does mean the statistics record is written when the job has finished.

Hi,

JobLog says:

"2016/06/04 23:29:35  Job also cancelled due to process termination. See system log"

You can check on systemLog entries (transaction SM21) at that timestamp to find the reason of the Job cancellation.

The involved work process will also provide further innformation (WP number/app. server can be found on 'Job details' button).

Regards,
Raquel
