Hi,
We have a contract which has cash flow postings with status Green(entry marked as posted) for percentage rent minimum for whole life of the contract i.e. 2020
We have changed business partner(vendor) from certain date. System has generated follow up postings for the same condition with minus to old partner and Plus to new business partner with status "entry still to post" which is different from green status(Entry marked as posted) which has for base cash flow;
Could you please let us know why system has generated cash flow with different status than original?
How to change the cash flow status manually?
Regards,
Seetha
Hi Seetha,
Reference: - “We have changed business partner (vendor) from certain date.”
Please check start relationship date of new business partner which you had added in contract, this start relationship date should not be before the date of the posted cash flow period. If you change anything in between of the period which already had been posted system will generate differential value to post.
In your case you had posted the cash flow for BP1 now you had changed it to BP2, system create the reversal posting for BP1 and open periodic posting for BP2.
Activity:
Change start relationship date of new BP in partner tab
Change date (time-dependent) for BP in posting parameter tab for Posting & withholding tax (if assigned to condition)
Best Regards
Sudhir

Hi Seetha,
Have tried the force regeneration of cash flow using RECDCGOL and used the "flag as posted" in Use First-Posting-From Date field. After execution, generated follow up posts were no longer appearing in cash flow and the "entry marked as posted" where already for the new business partner.
For your info as well:
Best Regards,
Ferdie
