Hello,

We are facing an issue in Gatp:  Quota Consumption that the "MAD date on 1st day of month M at 00:00:00 consumes quota in M-1"

Delivery Date 01.06.2016 Arrival Time : 00:00

Goods issue Date : 01.06.2016 GI time: 00:00

Loading Date :01.06.2016 Time : 00:00

Material Avail.date:01.06.2016 time: 00:00

Transportation Plan.Date: 01.06.2016

when i checked APO product allocation overview: (/sapapo/ac42) in the Product allocation assignment by orders quota consumption showing as M-1.

If anyone has come across the above situation, please let us know.

Hi,

is completely right. SAP SCM takes the time stamp into consideration as well for which reason the affected sales orders will be interpreted one day earlier.

Example:

ECC sales order schedules based on time zone of ship-to party, e.g. CET (UTC +1 or 2).

06.06.2016 00:00:00

In APO you might have set the time zone to UTC which leads to an interpretation of

05.06.2016 23:00:00

You can see the date and time in RRP3 or directly at order level.

Thank you Amol and Peter for the quick response.

This issue is not for all the order, it’s only for single order (first time we have faced the issue) in live system.

Delivery has been created for the issue order so we were not able find out the issue.

We have tested in Quality system with live case (same dates), it’s fine in Quality system. Time stamps are okay. I hope we can simulate the issue only before delivery has been created. In the correction report it's showing some error but it's not sufficient to investigate further.

Is there any important difference between those sales orders? e.g. order type (MTO?), item category etc.

Do you have any CIF enhancements in place where you filter out certain orders which you potentially have forgotten to do in a similar way for CCR?

cheers, Peter

Hi Srikanth

is the issue with moving sales order date backward for 1 month or 1 day only due to which it is following in earlier month.?  This is caused during the time zone conversion that occurs when R/3 sends schedule dates to APO and receives schedule dates back from APO.  R/3 design does not pay attention to time, only dates.  The R/3 interface recognizes that APO uses time, and sends time to APO.

Please check and align time zone maintain in the location master. I hope this will help you.

Thanks

Amol
