Sales-Based Rent - Statistical Reporting Rule

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to understand the use/functionality of a statistical reporting rule using a Sales-Based Rent condition with its formula.

Given the set up below:

I would expect to submit Sales Report for this reporting rule (which I can), and carry out a Sales-Based Settlement creating statistical cash flows items. However it doesn't create anything at all- so my questions:

1. Should it create anything?
2. IF not, what is the point of this statistical reporting rule?!

Hi Paul,

We're not using statistical report but kindly check below info. if it's helpful in your case:

"Statistical Sales Report: If a tenant does not have to pay any sales-based rent but sales are still required for reporting purposes, you have to designate the reporting rule here as statistical and assign it to a sales rule that is also identified as statistical. If a sales report is to be used for actual sales-based rent settlement, the reporting rule is not allowed to be designated as statistical here."
