SAP BO patch upgrade

Hi All,

I have request from customer to upgrade to BO SP7 P04 fro BO SP5 and all components like Explorer, Design Studio, Dashboards, Crystal reports etc

Can some one tell me patch upgrade process

Windows server

May I know do we need to upgrade components like Explorer, Design Studio, Dashboards, Crystal reports from server side?

would like to know the process...

As for the Client tools you need to download the respective patch from service marketplace and you run it. Its should just be a next next steps for client tools upgrade.
