Unable to delete Holding message

Hi Experts,

I am unable to cancel holding message.

I tried like I found all holding message and I am try to deleting least sequence number holding message  but we get following message like below.

I found that some of the system error message are there for other interfaces.

Is it mandatory to cancel system error for canceling holding messages ?

Hi Narsaiah,

You have to clear all the messages which are struck in the engine.Check for System error and clear all the messages. Then try to clear the holding messags  as explained in the link provided. I don't think there is any shortcut for this error.

Hi,

You cannot cancel the messages in Holding state. These will be cancelled or processed only once the messages are cleared in the queue in which they are stuck. Try to clear the messages which are in system error from past one or two year. Try to find the queue in which they are stuck.

whats the harm...try first cancel the system error message and try re sending  the holding messages

Hi Mastan,

They are 1000 of system error message and those are other interface messages.

We are re sending the error messages but those are in same state.

Hello,

Is the System error messages are of the same as Holding one.

Check the root cause of the issue and if still not restart might help you.
