Hi Experts,
My client has a 4-tier landscape.
Urgent Correction is used for ChaRM here.
With status change of the CD, TR was released from Dev and imported into QA system.
Subsequently, it was added into the buffer of Regression system.
But, then only a risk message is displayed(Error screen 1) with message 'Missing Transports'.
Although, TR was successfully imported into Quality with status change of CD.
But, when user tried to move it to Regression system(again by status change of CD), transport was not triggered at all and one error message was displayed(Error pic 2) as:
'No Import into test system has taken place yet'
'Status was reset by the system'
'Transport request is not flagged for import into production'
Kindly help me in understanding root cause of this issue and to resolve it.
Thank you.
Regards,
Gopal

Hi Rishav,
The issue was:
- difference between the component level of QA and Reg system
(earlier the transport were done from tasklist so Basis had set the parameter in Regression on ignoring the component mismatch)
- Assignment of standard profiles/roles to the user:
1. S_RFC (in Solman as well as in the managed system) - Profile
2. S_RFCACL (in Solman as well as in the managed system) - Profile
3. S_TMW_OPERA (in managed system) - Role
4. S_TRANSPRT (in managed system) - Role
These activities helped us in resolving the issue.
Thank you for your prompt responses and advise.
Regards,
Gopal
Hi Gopal,
There can be two issues with that.
1. check if your transport is in the import queue of regression system.
2.Check your authorizations as well as the authorizations for READ/TMW rfc in quality system and regression system.
Additionally you need to add the action for your urgent change IMPORT_TEST on regression test with proper sequence. This should resolve your issue,
Thanks

Hi,
Ok , please check the rfc “TMSADM@ABC.DOMAIN_ABC and user maintained in it.
Can you check if the table is getting updated /tmwflow/track or check with the report /tmwflow/rep_data_read .
Thanks
Rishav
Hi
Also check if the below note is applied to you.
1982649 - ChaRM: obsolete tracking data was used during change document process
Thanks

Hi Gopal,
This was the first thing i had suggested you.
Basically it should read the transport queue .
Check if you can assign S_CTS_ADMI and S_RFC_ADM also.
Else the objects mentioned by you is fine.
Thanks
Rishav
