Sales Order Blocking

Hi Gurus, I'm at a customer where I see a sales order blocking reason has been setup Z1. However I see no sales order document types being assigned to Z1. But I do see customers with this block getting blocked for certain order types. Is there some other configuration I'm missing or overlooking?

Hello Harvinder,

Also check if there is some Z-development at your client site.

There is a high probably of development referring to a Z-table based on certain conditions and inserting the block.

Hi Harvinder,

One of the reasons can be customer is blocked for that sales area. You also need to check whether customer has exceeded credit limit.

For the same customer:

* Order type A is getting blocked as soon as customer is entered

* Order type B is not getting blocked

If this is true, are sales areas for these same sales orders the same? Did you check from VD05 to see if customer is blocked for a particular sales area?
