Check printing issue

Hi

We recently bought RICOH Aficio SP 5200 DN Printer for our Check Printing. Though it is working fine, frequently the printer  is getting jammed while printing. This is happening whenever the weight of the Tray # 1 is reduced. We have to load more paper on to the tray # 1 to resume the printing. Before printing we know that how many check are to be printed and we loaded enough check stationary to the tray #1. Though it is not a big issue, if any one is having this kind of experience could you please let us know is there any other settings that is available so that the printer will not jam while printing, irrespective of the quantity of the paper loaded to the Tray.

Hello,

Reading through your issue I will suggest you to log call with RICOH tech to come onside and check your printer. Nothing wrong in SAP its your printer having issue.
