Not able to see payloads in message monitoring

Hi Guys,

In message monitoring, iam unable to see successful payloads from past 1week. Its is showing as  

"Unable to retrieve all versions of messages. Refer to log/trace files available in NetWeaver Administrator"

Can any body help me on this

check your message retention period,Might be the messages are archived.

Then basis team should help you here finding the retention period.

Your getting the same message for all the interfaces?

Then I believe the retention period should be the cause.

Can you check with the help of basis.
