No data retrieved for KRI instance

Hi gurus,

I am trying to perform the Risk Indicator Survey and when filling in the information of the KRI with the Survey, I check the SLG1 transaction and I can see that there is an error message that indicates "No data retrieved for KRI instace".

Any idea of what can be happening?

Hi John!

Is your KRI based on SAP Query? I have the same error message for KRI instance in case if the SAP query returns no data for some particular criteria. I would recomend you to run the data source for your KRI with the same criteria and check if it returns any data.
