EDISeparator sender channel unable to match EDI content

PO 7.4 SP11 with B2B addon SP4.

I have set up a 100% generic EDISeparator sender channel which should match all EDIFACT messages it receives.

Config looks like this :

But it doesn't work.

Adapter log shows that message can be parsed OK and it displays all the correct key field values from UNA, UNB and UNH segments.

Following that the adapter throws this error:

Dear Hans,

Probably system has considerd message as EANCOM since it appears as Orders D01B with subversion EAN010. Please try with sender EANCOM channel(message protocol as EANCOM).

You were right.

Setting up another EANCOM sender channel with all default values catches this message.

But then comes the next question.... why/how does SAP EDISeparator determine that my file is EANCOM when it's in fact EDIFACT ?

Perhaps I should open another discussion about that.

Hi Hans,

In error log screen its showing no sender channel matches means you are nt assign properly . so plz check once again all configurations and need to give the proper parameters values then only it will execute the scenario .
