.We try to use custom queries in Alert-Inbox.
The result is empty every time, but the preview Shows all entries.
Also the value of alerts in the TAB is calculated wrong.
Is there a way to resolve this diaplay-Problem`?
We implemented the note 2025604, but no Change.

Can you please follow the Resolution steps in 2197812 - Error when choosing 'Refresh' for an Alert Type in Alert Inbox in Technical Monitoring
This error is caused by a POWL cache issue specific for a particular user.
