Change the description of the status of the incidents

Hi Experts,

Please, I would like your help to find out how do I change or create a new status for new incidents created in Solution Manager.

Hi Jack

You can do that ,

Go to transaction CRMBS02

Select the status profile for your incident (ZMIN0001 or SMIN0001)

There you can maintain the status values and change the text.

Caution, while doing so just take care of Sequence, authorization key and minimum and maximum range.

Thanks Rishav,

I managed to change the description with your help.

However I had to menu  Goto -> Translation -> Status translation. And put the Idoma used by users.

Hello Jack,

You can go to transaction SPRO->SAP reference IMG->SAP Solution Manager->Capabilities-> IT Service Management->Status Profile->Define Status Profile for user status

1. Select the appropriate status profile(ZMIN or SMIN) for Incident Management.

2. Apart from standard statuses, you can add new statuses just by adding in the table.

3. Upon saving, you will be prompted for TR.

Important Note: Double click the status and maintain the Transaction Control
