Planned Order End date is different in ECC and APO

Hi All,

Planned order created by SNP run (CTM) always has start and end date same in ECC and in APO both start and end date is different.

The same planned order when we check in ECC same order is having different end date from APO.

There is one month of difference in ECC in end date as compared to APO End dates in planned Orders.

Example:

Planned Order           Start Date                    End Date

     In APO                    19/06/2016             20/07/2016

     In ECC                    19/06/2016             19/06/2016

In PDS, activity duration (fixed) is 13 day for setup and handle.

Please provide the info what could be the reason for SNP planned order have not the same  end date as APO in ECC.

Let me know if required any information to understand the facts.

We have also ran the scenario with Heurstic planning run but no change and faced the same date issue in ECC and APO.

Hi Deepika,

Are you re-scheduling the orders in ECC? Does this happens when a newly created order is shifted or you do re-scheduling?

Have you maintained in-house producitoin time in ECC in material master? If not try maintian one and check results.

Also cross check SAP notes

423626 - Different dates in R/3 and APO

2208237 - CIF DELTA REPORT: error 161 for Manufacturing orders

Also check settings in CP3 transaction in APO. Follow if answered,

we are not doing any rescheduling on this planned order. Actually We have created order using CTM run in lower Testing environment where not doing any Rescheduling after CTM Run completion orders visible in ECC system but having the Date issue.

In production system we are doing Rescheduling but by the system not manually.

What's the status in CP3 transaction? Did you compared master data from production to testing enviornment? What's the status with above notes specially 2208237?

Hi Rahul,

Master Data is sync as production in Testing environment.

CP3 status

External Procurement    0      No Retransfer

In-House Production    500    No Retransfer

Notes i have still not checked, I will check it by today.
