Please advice for requirement is as
Qty Contract (Zcq1) with validity from 25.05.2016 to 31.05.2016 for 10 qtl and sales order generated on 01.06.2016 , (one day late)
A condition (zsur) should be auto fall on the base of late order and quantity

most probably you will need a vofm requirement checking if it is late and a fomula for zsur calculating the value based on days late and qty.
