'Availability control activated without suitable budget' warning message while assigning Budget

Dear All ,

Above warning message appear while assigning budget by CJ30. We have Controlling Area currency INR  &  Company code currency AED . So done budget profile as below . Project currency is also AED.

Its till allow me to Save the budget but not understand why this message is appear . Check  all related configuration setting  & also on SCN but no suitable answer found . Let me know if anyone face such issue .

Thanks for reply,

This note is applicable if your AVAC not activating for WBS , but in our process AVAC is activated for WBS but till system showing this message . Please check the screen shot of WBS & Assigned budget

Didn't understand why system showing such message that suitable budget , what is meaning of Suitable Budget ?

Hi Virendra,

I am not getting similar messages, can you check Overall in Budget profile and see whether you get the message

Below is the message you are getting when you post Budget

I do not get this message if i set either Overall or Releases or both in the Budget profile

Dear Maria ,

Yes same message was seen while assigning budget as you shown . Now means I have to set OVERALL check box also in Availability control in budget profile ? . Because if you seen my first screen shot OBJECT CURRENCY check box is ticked & now I have set 'overall'  check box also ?
