Only few customers change in GTS ?

Dear GTS Experts,

By using SPL_MD object,we can archive existed SPL data in GTS system if we want to delete.

But,I want to know,Is there any functionality to delete only some of customers or some of the data?

Ex; Data providers have given denied party list of 50000 customers.

     I uploaded,now realized 2 customers should not in denied party list,so I want to delete the both.

My 2 cents. I believe you are using the term customers with reference to SPL data in this case, right?

The simplest way of expiring SPL entries is to get a file from your service provider with those entries which aren't required. Service providers will create and send an XML file based on the need.

Once you upload the file, the relevant SPLs get expired.

Hi Amith,

In this scenario, you can expire the SPL entry by changing Valid To date. Depending on customizing setting for legal regulation, these SPL records will not be considered in SPL screening but there is every chance that these are reactivated by next delta load of SPL files. If you are very sure about these customers, you can consider putting them in positive list.

On the other hand, system only archives the data which is marked for deletion.
