Action Usage count in ARA

Hello Experts,

We are on GRC10.1 and had a query regarding the Action usage count in ARA.

We performed all the jobs and the Action usage count is displayed in tables and RiskAnalysis. Our ECC systems used to get refresh every 6 months. so do the Data in GRC also would be updated with the Refreshed data if we do the sync at that time, or it goes on incremental.

example. User 1 has action usage for a Tcode as 6 after ECC Refresh the data in ECC is 0. So if i do the Action usage Sync job, will it be replaced with 0 or 6.

Please suggest.

Hello Ravi Kumar,

• The data that is picked in Action Usage Synch depends on the STAD/STAT data.

• Check if you have the data in the transaction logs STAD / STAT and all the appropriate system parameters setup to enable that? Without this, there will be no data captured.

• If there are any restrictions for STAD/STAT, you should see them under the filter parameter. If the RZ11 parameters are not setup then STAD will not give any info.
