GRC Firefighter Assignment Massive

Dear experts,

I have to assign roughly 80 Firefighters (4 firefighters per 20 system-clients) do you know a way to perform the Firefighter User ID assignment to the Firefighter ID in a massive way? Any program?

Hi Sara,

If you are already on 10.1 SP08 and above you can follow the Note suggest by Rakesh.

Ensure that the SICF service "GRAC_UI_SPM_DOWNLD_UPLOAD" is activated to use the Mass maintenance link in NWBC-> SetUp workcenter

Hello Sara,

There is a mass EAM functionality enhancement which is available if you have:

• SAP Access Control 10.1, SP09 or
• SAP Access Control 10.1, SP08 and then apply SAP Note 2133757.

This enhancement will help you out in this scenario.
