SAP Gateway RFC Error.

Hi,

I have installed SAP Standalone Gateway 2.0 to connect my SCM system to SCM optimizer. When creating the RFC from SCM to Gateway, it is throwing an error SAP gateway connection failed. Is SAP gateway started? . I have checked and implement the maximum solutions but no use. Could anyone please help me out of this situation. I am not sure how to configure standalone gateway i.e. gateway host, gateway services etc.

The SID mentioned in gateway was same as of source system, Installing again with different SID name resolved the issue.

Hi Ankit,

Please check the below blog related to the gateway configuration. The error in the screen shot showing you didn't activate the sap gateway in SPRO.
