ATX1 condition type is not determine in the item conditions

Dear Experts

When am creating intercompany invoice from the delivery document the ATX1 condition type is not determine in the item conditions. Am getting bellow error.

This is the flow from MY(Malaysia)  to AU (Australia). I have maintain the condition record with key combination Departure Country/Destination Country for ATX1.

while I have other scenario in which Departure Country & Destination Country is MY to HK. It is picking ATX1 condition record but not for MY to AU.

Can someone please help what could be the reason for this type of behaviour from system

Please debug the include LV61A008 with your ABAPer. This is a standard requirement routine and if not enhanced, you will probably be prompted to either check the "XEGLD" value of country HK from table T005 (I don't think so!) or VAT registration number of your customer (probably the reason of this behaviour).
