Hi Experts,
I need to pick up text files from a folder using File Adapter and then send them to a mail id directly without any mapping in XI. Please suggest how it can be done.
Thanks,
Shobhit

Hi,
create all objects as shown in those blogs:
/people/srinivas.vanamala2/blog/2007/02/05/step-by-step-guide-xml-file-2-xml-file-scenario-part-i
/people/srinivas.vanamala2/blog/2007/02/05/step-by-step-guide-xml-file-2-xml-file-scenario-part-ii
except message mapping and interface mapping
then instead of receiver file adapter chose mail adapter and you're done:)
it doesn't matter what kind of data types do you use
as you won't need them so they can have any structure

Hi,
You dont need to create anything in IR. Only thing you have to take is the ID objects.
Create a File sender communication channel with no content conversion. Create a Mail receiver communication channel. Create a sender agreement and receiver agreement. In the message interface and namespace you can just put any interface and namespace. Then create your receiver determination and interface determination.
Then test your scenario. If you need help on mail receiver comm. channel check this weblog:

Hi,
standard sender file adapter to pick up the file
no mapping in repository
standard receiver mail adapter config to send to mailbox
