How to generate PDF report automatically with Lumira?

Hi,

We're trying to deliver some weekly report to our customer with Lumira. The intention is that we have the report designed in Lumira and aquire data from HANA views. Then each week, the user can receive weekly report generated by Lumira. But the problem we encounter is that we can only manually export the report as PDF. Is there any way that we can config the system and automatically generate the report as PDF file?

Hi Jannie,

As Ludek mentioned, this functionality to automatically generate a PDF is not available at present. The scheduling process available on the desktop or BI platform is to automate the data refresh option. This can only be accessed as a lumira document but not directly exported as a PDF.

Currently there is no way to automate export to PDF. Probably a great suggestion for the SAP Idea Place (see under my sig).
