We are using forecast at subassembly level and expect forecast to be consumed by dependent demand coming from planned order of superior material.

We have configured requirement strategy accordingly to include categories for dependent demand and order reservation to consume the forecast.

When we take the planning run and create planned orders for superior material,dependent demands consume the forecast correctly.

When planned orders are converted to production ordersin ECC, the dependent demands convert to order reservation.  Order reservations also consume the forecast correctly.

Problem occurs when goods issue is posted for the production order ofsuperior material, the order reservation vanishes correctly but the forecast reappears again which is incorrect.

Further information is - the goods issue is carried out through collective order confirmation. No material document is found for the goods issue.

Also the queue for 'requirement reduction' is also not generated.

Has anyone come across this situation?
