Hi all,
I Configured Case Management as per the Document "Simple scenario for case management"
I Configured as per document till creating Case Type. In next step of Creating Case I got an Error "Service Provider Called : Incorrect SP Object Status".
Please help in this regard.

you maintain the number range as 01 that is 3rd column from left which you have given in the screen shot.You have maintained as 1 and the number range is 2 digit character.So while selecting from the NRIV table the character mismatch is there as default passed is 01.So you need to maintain the Number range as 01.
