message status sheduling for a very long time

hi

i have done a file to file scenario the sender file is being picked up but in the sxi_monitor

i see green signal indefinitely .

ichecked in rwb there is no error in the receiver adpater it is green and it says uo and runnin but no mesage processed yet

in sxi_monitor

i see yellow triangle for the entry in the last and isee queue stopped(red block in the box)

when i go to the pay loads i can see the data in both the sender and the receiver

Hi,

Go to SMQ2. Find the queue which has this message. The queue is probably in SYSFAIL mode because of some other message.

Remove this message which is blocking the entire queue.

Unlock the queue.

This should solve the proble.

Hi Kittu,

Yellow triangle: “Message waiting in queue”.

Try registering queues (deregister queues and register them again)

sxmb_adm->manage queues->

Go to sxmb_adm->manage queues->QRFC Monitor

Sheduler status must be INACTIVE

Hi-

Pls check whether your cache is updated.

For this you can use the transaction code sxi_cache.

And update the cache by doing delta caching
