GRC 10.1 - Setup - Emergency Access Assignment - Mass Maintenance - error - Service cannot be reached

Hi,

I am getting error while using Mass Maintenance of Emergency Access Assignment in GRC setup. Screenshot attached below

Error :

Service cannot be reached

The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

After clicking the mass maintenance :

Hi Rajesh,

You need to activate the service GRAC_UI_SPM_DOWNLD_UPLOAD in SICF to fix this issue.

But in place of "upload and validate" button I have a button with some alpha numeric key as below :

Also advice how we can find service corresponding to any work center.

We are at GRC 10.1 - SP12 and the Note 2173885 (and manual correction ) is not implementable .
