Agentry Config Panel configuration Service Manager 4.2

Hi Experts,

I am new to Syclo and need your help with config panel setup. I am upgrading Agentry Service Manager Application from 3.1 to 4.2

we earlier had a standalone Agentry Service Manager Application 3.1 deployed on a Agentry server, as part of this upgrade we have installed SMP 3.0 server and deployed standard Agentry Service Manager Application 4.2

Until now we have performed below tasks-

• Upgrading Backend mobile-Addons on CRM and ECC system-
  • CRM- SMFND 620_700, SMCRM 620_700
  • ECC- SMFND 620_700, SMERP 620_700
• Installed SMP 3.0 development server
• Deployed standard Service manager 4.2 Management Cockpit
  • we have not configured backend copnnectivity with CRM yet

Now i am trying to access Config Panel configuration and i expected default configuration for Service Manager Application 4.2(as we have installed backend addons), but unfortunately, I can only see configuration for Old Service Manager Application 3.1 not for 4.2

Do we need any further steps to setup default configuration or it is a manual task, please help.

Akash,

Be sure to follow the post installation steps for the Addons.  You probably just need to activate the new BC set.  I would also recommend checking and reviewing any SAP Notes that might apply to the Addons as well.
