hi all,
I'm trying to use import manager to import a supplier file exported by SRM (placed in the MDM ftp server by XI/PI).
When i open the import manager, select Port, SRM, the available ports are all greyed out.
The file seems to be in the correct folder, we checked the configuration and everything seems ok but the options are still greyed out.
any ideas?

The Port option only gets enabled in case the port currently has an exception. The functionality is to fix the exceptions that happened in MDIS import.
If you want to use Import Manager, use the same configurations as set in the Port in MDM console instead of the Port option.

Please check if you have the port defined in Console>Server>Repository>Admin>Ports for the Remote System and also the Import Map.
