Creating characteristics ct04 and cl02

Hello experts,

Could anyone help me with my problem please? The issue is that I need to add characteristic values and descriptions to some characteristic through ct04 transaction and for one of them when I added values it automatically appear in cl02 in the same characteristic but when I did it for other one it doesn't appear in cl02. Do you know what is the reason of that? I need to get this values in both ct04 values and cl02.

Hello, Can you share Screen shots & Class type . Regards Manju

I added values to second screen (ct04) and for these as you can see it's not added to cl02 (first screen). But for other one when I added to ct04 and then opened cl02 it was exactly the same amount of entry (with this new ones from ct04)
