REPACHK_CLONE CX_DIAGSTP_JAVA_ACCESS Inactive

Hi,

I am doing an upgrade of Solution manager 7.1 with SUM.

In the phase REPACHK_CLONE I get the information of Open Repairs found and that I have a transport request that needs to be released.

Going into TCODE SE01 and trying to do Release Directly for the transport request, gives me the error:

"Object METH CX_DIAGSTP_JAVA_ACCESS========CM001 is inactive"

Going into TCODE SE80 I can see my inactive object and when I try to Activate it I am asked
to enter an Access key, which I don't know.

Is there any other way to activate the CX_DIAGSTP_JAVA_ACCESS object?
