I am looking for configuration guide on Customizing Synchronization in SAP Solution manager.

I tried to search in market place, but didn't get it.

Any pointers please.

The blog which Rishav shared above is pretty old as I wrote it in Solman 3.2/4.0 version so not sure what is your requirement and that will help.
