Have you tried to find out this information at http://help.sap.com ? I think you will find this information under SAP NetWeaver 7.4 product.
It is a good practice to search before posting. Asking end-to-end and step-by-step/how-to guides is highly frowned upon here. If you simply search on google the same question you asked us, it is likely that you would have find the information you are asking for.
