Personas 3 SP3 Upgrade - rabax during sapgui logon?

PERSONAS  Release 300 SP 2 (was)

SAP_BASIS  Release 740  SP 12

We seem to have broken our system - any ideas anyone?

Our basis team report...

i think this note may have broken the system - 0002048716

i see its not released

every time i try log on get this errror

Hi Patrick,

Note 2048716 was only valid for the initial Personas distribution, without any support package. This note is no longer available and probably is not the reason to break a system.

Do you have more details about the rabax state?

Have you checked inside dev_wXX for relevant error messages?

I'm not sure what was going on here but the Basis team opened a separate call with OSS and now the problem has been resolved.

Try to disable Personas in SAP GUI according to this KB article: Deactivating SAP Screen Personas - SAP Imagineering - SCN Wiki

Then analyze the reason for the dump in ST22.
