Status Record Results

Why the item status doesn`t change to 5 if the results han been mantained?

Hi,

This is because the after result recording the characteristics are not closed.

Once you complete result recording and its valuation, select all characteristics and select 'Close'

system will give information message that the characteristics are successfully closed.

then the status also will change to 5.
