Item Category Determination Issue

Apologies if already any post is available regarding the below issue as I have tried to find a lot but did not get any post

HI All,

I need your help on urgent basis on the below issue.

I have 2 types of Sales Orders GOR and ZOLT. I have configure the below mentioned combination in order to determined TADC Item Catagory in both sales orders.

If you see below the item category determination is same for both order types. However in ZOLT order type the default item category is picking up as TAC and for the same material the GOR order type is picking up TADC.

The TADC default item category is assigned with usage type ZNSH and it is picking up in GOR but not in ZOLT.

Can some one tell me how do I make system set-up so that ZOLT order type should be picking up TADC by default using usage type combination.

What is usage ZNSH?

Are sales org/distribution channel combo different for ZOLT and GOR? If so, check from t-code VD53 to see if a usage has been assigned to your customer material info record for GOR order type's distribution chain.
