Hello,

We have lots of users which doesn't exist in LDAP now, and we want to user GRC ARM to lock those through ARM request.

I tried using uploading through through "Multiple Users" template but it is failing due to error "Last name is not maintained for user".

The last name field doesn't exist in default user template but it is still looking for last name field.

We are not using HR triggers yet and not planning in near future.

Is their any way we can lock them even after they doesn't exist in LDAP ?

Thanks,

Mukesh

Hello Mukesh,

If users are not exist in LDAP,then add the new data source(Where the new users are existed) in SPRO

SPRO->GRC->AC->Maintain Data Sources Configuration

Then perform the ARM related configurations.

Hello Baithi,

New back end SAP system added and all user details are getting fetched(first name, last name and e-mail), but we are still getting below error message. The request is still looking for details from LDAP.

Setting in SPRO is :

User Search Data Sources : Sequence 1 for LDAP and Sequence 2 for SAP

User detailed data sources : Only LDAP

Any idea ?

Thanks,

It is now working after adding plugin system in "User detailed data sources"
