Hello Experts,
We have implemented PLM project and all the users are accessing PLM application from NWBC client. We observed some frequent timeouts in user sessions even the sessions or not idle. We have maintained all the ICM (timeout related) parameters as per SAP suggestion. Our current NWBC client is 5.0 PL 12. My question is, is there any compatible issues with NWBC client 5.0 PL 12? Can we go for SAP Business Client 6.0 to fix this issue? What are the advantages and disadvantages of SAP Business Client 6.0? We are in critical situation of PLM Go Live. Can you please provide a solution?

Hi Ravi,
How long your client timeout now? we're using version 4.0, about 60 minutes timeout
