ECC 6 EHP 8 NW7.4 is compatabile for PI 7.31?

Hi Guys,

Could you please confirm the below system compatability,

    Our customer is planning to upgrade their ECC 6 (EHP 6) to EHP 8. ECC system Netweaver as NW 7.4. But PI system is PI 7.31 SP0014.

So please confirm if any dependencies or any compatability issues for ECC 6 EHP 8 NW7.4 to PI 7.31 connectivity perspective or any other relations.

For this kind of questions, when you need to check version compatibility between SAP Business Suite and SAP PI/PO systems, a good starting point is SAP Note 1388258, which contains version interoperability matrix. Referring to it, you can see that SAP ERP 6 EhP8 is finely compatible with SAP PI 7.31.

No, there shall be no connectivity issues because of ERP release / its EhP version. The referenced interoperability matrix contains combinations of SAP Business Suite products and hub systems (like SAP PI and EP) that have been tested by SAP and are officially acknowledged to be compatible.
