Archiving of FI_ACCOUNT (G/L Account Master Data)

Hi Experts,

we are implementing the archiving of FI_ACCOUNT and able to archive few records successfully & few records are depending on the G/L account transaction figures but there are no records  available to archive transaction figures (Table - GLT0 & Object FI_TF_GLC)..

Please suggest me to proceed further

Hi Ningappa,

Can you please check FI_TF_GLF archiving object, as updated in the error log entries might have existed in FAGLFLEXT table.

thanks for the reply

yes already we archived the entries from FAGLFLEXT table but its of no use...

Please tel me the table to get the account numbers(field RACCT) if we pass G/L account. because ill try archiving only the account numbers which are depending on the G/L account (FI_TF_GLF). (now i archived the FI_TF_GLF irrepective of the G/L account numbers.

Hi Ningappa,

Please check in the FAGLFLEXT table w.r.t RACCT field with 229210 G/L account. If still entries are existed in the table, please archive them first and then you can check for the Master G/L account archiving.

RACCT is nothing but G/L account only.
