Replace existing DMS document on the second upload with same DOCUMENTTYPE for notification Work Manager 6.3

Hi Experts,

Currently, we are able to upload a photo / document of the same DOCUMENTTYPE for a notification in Work Manager 6.3 application, and it creates a new DMS document against the Notification

But when we upload a photo / document of the same DOCUMENTTYPE second time for a notification, it should replace the existing DMS document but instead it is creating a new attachment against the same notification with the same DOCUMENTTYPE.

What might be the reason? How can I resolve this issue?

That is how the product was designed.  That way you can attach multiple photos to a notification or work order.  They will all be the same document type.
