SLT: Possible to create logging table in another schema?

Hello SAP Cummunity,

is it possible to create the logging tables for replication in another schema as the default schema?

(We would like to know this since we want to replicate data from an application where we do not have write access to the schema)

If it is not possible what could be a work-around?

Thanks in advacne.

hello,

I couldn't understand the question properly, can you share some more details on same..

logging tables are created in a ECC source system, and they will be created in source system only in schema sapsr3 of ECC system or source system.

can you elaborate your question

System Landscape:

Src: DB2

SLT

Dest: DB2

Usually the logging tables are created within the schema of the user.

Let's say the table is in the schema db2inst1.

For each table to be replicated a logging table is created in the source system.

And this logging table needs to be in another schema e.g. db2inst2.

hello,

I do not think that is possible, we can move all the logging tables to a specific tablespace in source system but changing scema as per me is not possible
