HI all

     how we can achieve Lease expiry/termination/renewal notification how we can have report and send mailer to vendor in pdf format

can any body explain the above and how we can achieve the same,

Hi,

you can achieve this by following steps:

1. Create a custom program which will check the Contract end date according to Co Code and Contract type.

2. If the system date is equal to Contract end date then, it will trigger a mail with PDF as an attachment to the BP with vendor role.

3. Schedule this program with Frequency as Daily.

You can customise the content of the letter (PDF) as per the business requirement.
