CHARM Email Notification

Hello Team,

I have create Z copy from standard Reqest For change (SMCR to ZMCR) and it has standard action profile for email event.

No email triggered to change manager and requested for status change. Can anyone help us to find the solution for the same.

Hi Jones,

Once you copied the SMCR to ZMCR, method call SEND_MAIL_WITH_MAIL_FORMS( HTML mail forms method)  is assign to email action. but it was not assigned to any mail forms.Which you need to create and assign it.

Please check the below link for HTML mail form creation and assign to ChaRM action's.

Hi Jones,

What are the condition settings you are using. Have you configured scheduled and start conditions properly. You can try to do it again.

If its partner dependent then check below note it must be resolved

You might need to deactivate badi as mentioned in the blog.


Are you using the mail forms or smarforms. Try doing with smarforms once.

Have you checked the logs for action .....do you see any errors in the log.......inside the RfC.
