Hi All,
We are getting SOAP Empty Request from the User in Production. Can we know IP address or User name for that User in PI level.

You can try to add the parameter SRemoteUser (Configuring the Sender SOAP Adapter - Advanced Adapter Engine - SAP Library) and later to find the tag in the PI message header.
To avoid this problem, i usually propose the Party usage, in this way we have a channel for each client of the SOAP PI scenario.
