Unable to assign SAP_ALL Profile in Access Request

Dears,

Good Day.

I was trying to add SAP_ALL profile in an Access Request and while doing so I followed below link on SCN:

I have successfully uploaded the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles as per the template and received NO error. However, while raising the request, when I try to search these profiles, I get NO results!

I checked table GRACPROFILE in SE16 and found no such profiles for the connector in question. But I found these profiles for some other connectors in this table and while raising the request if I select these connectors for which these profiles are there in the table, I could successfully add these profiles to the request.

I am not sure when the import is successful why this is not shown in the above table? Secondly, I have synced profiles several times with no success.

Can anyone please advise what is that I am missing?

Regards

Hi,

I have run full/incremental sync jobs multiple times and imported the SAP_ALL profile using template. However, still no luck. This profile is not being shown in the GRACPROFILE table itself.

Not sure why this is not updated in the table even when I complete the import action successfully.

Can anyone please advise?

Regards

It is resolved!

It is very strange that none of the above worked for me. What I did was, simply ran the sync job for profiles ONLY and after this act, SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW are available in table GRACPROFILE!

Really dont understand the logic behind this but this worked for me.

Hopefully, others may get some guidance.

Faisal
