Fior My Inbox 1.0 tile shows correct count , but inbox empty

Hello together,

after configuring inbox 1.0 (2.0 is not compatible with the system  and other Apps ...) first only as all items and conecting to backend, the Fiori tile shows the correct number of tasks for the user, but openeing the app shows "No tems are currently available" .

Any ideas?

first. the note is for an issue, if No number of itms is diplayed, but i have the correct number displayed.

2nd Downloeading says , the note is incomplete and can not be downloaded

What is a test result when you add a parameter "allItems=true" in the URL?
(all +Capital I + tems=true).

Hello Masa-San,

thanks a lot for responding with the syntax for testing.

If i  add or replace the &$inlinecount=allpages  by &allItems=true , i get an "empty" response  (or in case of ading still get a tag with the correct number of items).

"empty" means i get only tags titel, author, link -> but no data and it's the same resposne as by just removing the $inlinecount ..

If i add or replace with $allItems=true, i get an bad request error $allItems is not a valid query option. (with and without capital I )

All notes from the central note are installed in the system and it's on SAP_GWFND 140 sp13 SApui 740 12, IW_PGW 100 sp 8, SAP_BS_FND 747 sp 7, UIX01Ca1 100 sp 5

Hi Uli,

It is not a parameter for OData dynamic URL which gets count.

It is a parameter for My Inbox app.

After opening my Inbox, add &allItems=true or ?allItens=true.

FYI. latest SP:

SAP_GWFND SP14

IWPGW SP09

UIX01CA1 SP06

Hi Masa,

i do open the App by Fiori Tile and the App parameter allItems=true is there:

the latter part of the path is:

WorkflowTask-displayInbox?allItems=true

The response is :
No items are currently available

I cannot go to UIXCA1 sp6 due to incompatibility with other apps..:-(.  (Otherwise, we would use inbox 2 )

What is the My Inbox app version? Is it 1.6.14?

You can set external breakpoints in the backend and find a root cause.

Hello Masa,

thanks a lot again.

It seems there is a problem in  the ssl connnection to the backend system.

Executing the Service string copied from chrome opens an information window with error information ICM_HTTP_SSL_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED

But that is unfortunately not logged in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG .

That means, it will take quite some time to try further as this has to be fixed by colleagues....

At least another  error scenario can get added to friendly provided link.
