Lumira Input Control, Display Value?

Question:

Is there a way to display the selection made in a Lumira Input Control?

For example, if a user selects State = Minnesota in the Input Control (State is the dimension). Minnesota can be used in the heading test box.

Does Lumira have a ReportFilter() function? This needs to work with a dimension.

Use Case: Lumira report using an Input Control set to a single dimension value. Business user would like the selection made to be displayed in the heading.

Hi Rachel,

Please try using the Dynamic Text option under Text Properties in the Compose room. This can be used for partially achieving the functionality you need.

Dynamic text will only consider measures, not dimensions

You are right Tammy, I was thinking in terms of converting the dimension into a measure and then using an operation like "if then else" to display in the tile. But it requires a lot of workaround and does not address the concern immediately.
